About

I am the owner of a small, technology consulting firm in South Central Pennsylvania.  I am also a freelance writer, author, sometimes-copywriter, and multimedia forensics analyst when there is a call for such things.  I was also in law enforcement for several years at a Crime Lab in Colorado and learned some interesting things about that world.  Over the years, outlets were needed to maintain my personal sanity, and writing essays about human experience and life every so often provides one of those outlets (ice hockey works, too)

Why is my voice accidental? Well, some years ago, some thoughts came to me, and I just had to write them down. I felt it in my bones, and so started writing almost by accident. There you have it. A voice in the ether…by accident. Not a loud voice. Just a voice…and it might be that no one is listening.   That’s all right. There’s certainly plenty of noise already, and I don’t need to yell to be heard. It only requires that someone wants to listen.

Two crazy-smart and amazing boys, a brilliant and beautiful wife, and a cat named Tillie round out what has proven to be a pretty fulfilling life.  I hope you enjoy whatever it is that strikes your fancy here.
